• 03To build and promote culture of research among the faculty and students.
• 04To ensure quality, integrity and ethics in research.
• 05To facilitate the provision of professional guidance, technical support and recommendation for financial assistance
• 06To identify and inform researchers about the appropriate research opportunities announced by different academic, research, industry or government organizations
• 07To encourage and facilitate the publication of the research works in reputed academic International/ National journals and also to facilitate the presentation of the research work through academic events such as workshops/ seminars/ conferences.
• 08To identify and establish linkage including MOUs for long term relationship with research organizations for widening the scope of research opportunities available to the teachers and students of the college.

Research Facilities

To promote and excel research in the college, the RAC shall recommend the allocation of research fund under the following categories-

• 01To support faculty members for attending conference/ seminar/ workshop.
• 02To promote research oriented atmosphere to the faculty members.
• 03To establish centralized research facility.

Incentives and awards are motivators. In order to promote research activities, the college shall reward the faculty members for the achievements by a letter of appreciation in the following fields.

Code of Ethics for Plagiarism Check

Incentives and awards are motivators. In order to promote research activities, the college shall reward the faculty members for the achievements by a letter of appreciation in the following fields.

• 01It is the objective of the college to create awareness among the faculty and the students regarding the responsible conduct of research, study, project, assignment, thesis, dissertation and prevention of misconduct including plagiarism.
• 02The college aims to develop system to detect plagiarism and set up mechanisms to prevent plagiarism.
• 03The college uses well known software like URKUND and other online tools for plagiarism check

Research and Information Resource Centre

The institute has a Research and Information Resource Centre to provide on access to the resources necessary for research. The faculty members and students can undertake research in their respective fields with the help of Research and Information Resource Centre. The Research and Information Resource Centre comprises Research committee to promote research activities, Faculty members with vast research experience to supervise Post Graduate / M.Phil / Ph.D. students, scholarly journals and magazines, library to provide the faculty and students with resources, i.e., books, e-books, e-journals, Computer with required software and high wi-fi speed Internet connections to access the resources. Moreover, Frequent workshops/conferences are organized to disseminate knowledge in the emerging areas of research.
